General shipping and payment information

Once we receive your payment, the order will be immediately forwarded to our supplier for further processing.

Our packages currently have a delivery time of 5-10 business days. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Delivery to packing stations or postal numbers is only possible if the following information is provided: station number and reservation number of the parcel compartment.

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the item description, delivery of the goods in Germany will take place within 5-10 working days, for deliveries abroad within 5-10 working days after order confirmation (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

We generally always have all items in stock. Should we need to re-produce an item, we will do so within two business days. If you have ordered multiple items, we will, of course, ship them in one package.
